In the second half of the twentieth century, Ettore Paterṇ del Toscano, driven by his passion for plants and gardens, transformed his old family estate at the foot of Mount Etna into a modern nursery specialising in shrubs and large palm trees.

Today the firm is split over two locations: Rinazzi, in San Giorgio, which has 6 hectares of showrooms and 30 hectares for cultivation, and San Giuseppe la Rena, which has greenhouses and covered plant nurseries.

We are always striving to improve the quality of our products: our plants are cultivated for a number of years before we sell them, and tended with care and expertise by highly qualified professionals to an unmatchable standard.

As well as growing our own plants, we source plants from all over the world (Mexico, Guatemala, Uruguay, Argentina, India), carefully selecting only the most healthy and beautiful healthy plants and nurturing them in our estate until they are perfectly acclimatised.
